little tip in the drums

drums are really often (if not always) in Half Time in Dubstep

Depends on the dubstep, some dubstep can put it in cut time but that would make it sound really fast, however some dubstep puts the emphasis on the thrid beat of a common time signature. So I don't think cut time is used most of the time, I can probably find many cases where it is 4/4 alternating between the emphasis on 2 and 4, then to 3.

Lol, yeah, I could see how it was confusing, the sample is actually from a Hospital waiting room, but I can not remember where I got the sample from >_< or else I would credit it. Also, thank you for the review.

How you get your inspiration on industrial songs?

I'm not really into this genre but this was nice. :)

Hmm, I'm not sure where I get my inspiration, I just kind of write music and industrial tends to come to most naturally, though if I was to name bands that inspired me it would be Aesthetic Perfection, VNV Nation, Rammstein, Assemblage 23, God Module, Neuroticfish, and Nine Inch Nails. I just listen to them a lot, and then when I sit down to write music, I start with an idea and build it from there, then BAM, song. lol, ^_^" hopefully that answers your question.

start from music theory

(search for ste1438 from Youtube and watch "01 FL Studio Music Theory Primer" and so on)

After you have watched those videos I'm sure you can do better music than this
